My girlfriends and I went to see the Phantom of the Opera musical in Vegas recently before the show closes down this Sept after six years of running. The production is the best I've seen of the Phantom of the Opera musicals. My heart skipped a beat when the giant chandelier dropped down only a few inches right above my head (really awesome actually!). We all have the songs from the musical stuck in our head since then, so we decided to get together to watch Phantom of the Opera the movie AGAIN. Seriously I can watch the Phantom over and over again and back in college, whenever I had to study for big exams, the Phantom of the Opera soundtrack was high on my playlist. My girlfriend hosted a late lunch potluck/movie afternoon at her place last Sunday and these sandwiches were my contribution. I chose the prosciutto with the least amount of fat from Wholefoods and even so, all the fat was pulled out as I prepared the sandwiches. I liked that the flavor was just perfect without any added salt.
