Peach Cobbler


The smell of baking in the house is simply irresistible, even to a not-big-on-sweets person like me.  Since my sister has just moved back to So Cal after graduation to study for the Board exams , I have a baking partner.  We've been baking quite a bit lately for she finds it a big stress reliever in between studying & I love the baking smell.   Recipe here if you're interested in trying.  Again, same routine: halved the butter/sugar, and added more peach.

    Ive never tried peach cobbler before, its not something we see here on Safrican menus...it looks so yum, thanks for the recipe link
